Welcome to the SuperPowerPanties (SPP) movement, a result of over five years of evolution. It all began with a spirited conversation between friends leading to a bold and light-hearted remark: "Pull up your SuperPowerPanties and just do it!" This mantra ignited a spark and gave birth to something transformative - a call to action, and a rallying cry. SPP will nurture a space to share, educate, inspire, shatter restrictive norms, ruffle feathers, and embrace the intelligent rebel within all of us, allowing her to unfurl her cape and embrace her superpowers.
Where two or more are gathered together, the extraordinary can be achieved!
Hello, I'm Sunny, and I’m also the creator of HeartBalm (here on Substack), which includes The HeartBalm Healing Podcast, Meditations with Sunny, and The Friday Edition. After a year of enjoying this platform, it feels right to launch SuperPowerPanties here as well.

We find ourselves at a pivotal moment in time, a moment that calls for action, the wisdom and the guidance of the Sacred Feminine, and a deeper infusion of love and balance into our world. The alarm bells are ringing, whether in the realm of politics, economic disparities, inequality, individual rights and freedoms, or the state of Mother Earth. The struggle for women's rights and equality is facing formidable obstacles and is teetering on the brink, with basic human rights and freedoms diminished, fundamental laws being overturned, and equal rights regressing—all orchestrated by a select few. This is a situation we cannot tolerate or allow to continue!
With superpowers comes the ability to reshape our world into one that is compassionate, just, safe, healthy, and inclusive for all women, all girls, and the collective female - and that’s precisely why now is the perfect time!
Women possess incredible power, and it’s high time to “Pull up our SuperPowerPanties and get things done while we have some fun! Join me!”
